This is refrigerator  testing line,  semiautomatic , of part of the refrigerator assembly line

Configured for refrigerator engineering, this testing system is used to test refrigerating and safety performances of refrigerators.

The testing system will be used on general assembly line, using a distributive test system. Two computers manage the all the test lines that can perform tests separately at any time.

Processing flow:
When refrigerators enter into commercial test room, they are distributed to test lines. When a test line is full, power plugs are plugged in and the probes are put in place to start reading the bar code of each refrigerator. When the bar codes are read, the data of the refrigerators are entered into the computer. Then, power is supplied to 7 refrigerators as a group, and the test of the refrigerators begins. When the test is completed, the probes are moved away and power plugs are unplugged. Moreover, it can be manually selected to print out refrigerator test curves and general test report and automatically print out nonconforming test curves and general test data.

Test items:
Refrigerator's internal temperature, voltage withstand strength, earth resistance, leakage current as well as input power and current are tested in order to determine refrigerating effect and compressor's working condition.
One set of test system, which mainly consists of test equipment such as computer, temperature module, temperature probe, cable, uninterrupted power supply, power supply cabinet, power test system, safety test system, bar code reader and printer.
